How it works

STEP 1

Origin Collection

We coordinate with your supplier and collect shipments either directly from your supplier’s warehouse or from the nearest port, or airport at origin. We manage and oversee logistics from origin to destination while keeping you up to date with important shipment milestones.

STEP 2

Import Customs Clearance

We navigate custom formalities by completing and submitting import declarations on your behalf, ensuring all the correct procedures and payments are executed in a timely manner.

STEP 3

Warehousing

We bring your shipment to one of our warehouses where we offer short-term and long-term inventory storage or inventory prep works. These include: re-packaging, palletising and labelling – all in accordance with Amazon FBA requirements.

STEP 4

Delivery to Amazon FBA

We deliver your consignment to any Amazon fulfilment centre using our wide network of courier and hauliers. Whether it’s SPD, LTL or FTL, we offer all options with daily collections and delivery slots.

EU Import Brokerage Services

Companies based outside the EU are obligated to have either indirect representation or a legally based EU business to import goods into the EU, according to the European Union customs code. Alternatively, you are required to nominate an importer of record, based and registered in the EU. This presents obstacles especially for e-commerce and Amazon FBA sellers that are often foreign enterprises simply looking to expand their offerings into the EU marketplace.

At Iron trail freight we offer indirect customs representation and import customs clearances within the EU for non-EU based companies. We handle all customs formalities and act as your indirect customs representative, in turn simplifying the process and adding efficiency to your business.
